Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Abstinent Kitchen! Every item is made to order, allowing us to reduce waste and create products just for you.

Order Processing

Because our products are printed on demand, orders are typically processed and produced within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been printed and shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

After your order has been processed, estimated shipping times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: We do NOT ship internationally at this time.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order, destination, and selected shipping method.

Multiple Shipments

Because our products are made to order and may be produced at different fulfillment facilities, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. If this happens, you'll receive separate tracking information for each package.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If an incorrect address is provided and your order has already entered production or shipped, we may not be able to make changes. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges to be reshipped.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost packages).

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll work with our print partner and shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because every item is made to order, we begin processing orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once production has begun, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.
